Was born in Porto Alegre in 1978. Has graduation in Philosophy from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2006), and masters’ degrees in Education from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (2010) with the dissertation  Do “você não pode” ao “você não quer”: a emergência da prevenção às drogas na Educação. Nowadays, he is a civil server in the educational field, working in the Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. His research interests are education, governmentality, biopower and drug prevention.
